About me

My name is Nathaniel Davila. I am an 21-year-old composer and producer.

My journey started in 2016 when I began producing and composing on my own to pursue pursue a dream career in scoring. With only and iPad, keyboard, and my classical piano training I got to work learning the fundamentals of the craft, and by late 2017, my own in-house studio was fully functioning and I had learned the basics digital production.

Since then, I’ve been awarded scholarships to attend some of finest scoring programs and workshops in the world, worked with a myriad of creators (choreographers, gamers, corporations, podcasters, etc.) and educated myself to exceed my client’s expectations and adapt to an ever-changing industry.

My formal training includes music theory and composition at Kennesaw State University, the music composition summer program at Boston University Tanglewood Institute, and NYU’s Summer Screen and Game Scoring summer intensive.

Music isn’t just about notes and paper for me, but about establishing lifelong relationships, stretching the bounds of what is possible through collaboration, and always delivering the quality of work that represents the refined artistry I continue to sharpen. I prioritize organization, responsiveness, resiliency, and the utmost professionalism when working for you. But don’t just take my word for it…visit my portfolio page!
